What is reality? And whose reality is it? I explore the answers to these existentialist questions via mathematical tools which morph images into aesthetic, abstract, painterly notions. Unremarkable artifacts of everyday life act as portals; a wall, a fence, a sidewalk. I then commence an ethereal journey probing otherworldly, equilateral shapescapes of enchanting hues, where the transformed images’ painterly quality guides the viewers to an alternate, dreamy world.
